Thank you so much for your understanding of and compliance with our increased social distancing measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Animal welfare is at the core of our values however we now find ourselves in a unique situation where our actions can also protect human health and save human lives too. It is our duty to do everything we can to protect human health, particularly those in our community who are most at risk in this unprecedented situation. For this reason, we can only see in person the most urgent of cases and we have temporarily suspended all routine appointments.

Harleston: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm (1) Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm (2)
Eye: The Eye branch is currently closed. We will reopen this once the current restrictions are relaxed.
We will continue to offer a 24 hour emergency service in partnership with Uplands Way Vets as before. Please call the practice number 01379 852146 to access this service
Where possible all non-urgent appointments will be performed via a phone consultation service where our vets can perform consultations and prescribe remotely. These are chargeable as a normal consultation. To book a phone or video consultation, please call our usual number 01379 852146
Medication and food delivery
It is important pets on long term medications continue to receive these. You can request repeat medication, flea and worm treatment and food by telephone or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All medications can be collected at a non-contact collection point at our practice or can be delivered to you.
Our team are doing an amazing job during these exceptional times and we thank you for your co-operation and help in making these measures work.
